Howdy! My name's Travinx, also known as Trav. I am currently a hobbyist digital artist, occasional animator, and full time student.My current passions lie in drawing, character designing, programming, helping others with their media/brand assets, and animating shorts based by whatever audio I come across that inspires me.I'm best known for my short animations on TikTok and YouTube, but I'm hoping to open my own online store in the future!

Terms of service

When commissioning me all buyers are required to follow the guidelines below. Failure to do so will result in the commission being cancelled and/or being blacklisted from future services. If you break the any of the terms of this TOS, every right you had to the commission work will be retracted. Please note that any statements below is bound to change if discussed by me, the artist, prior to the commission. By reading and commissioning me, you agree and acknowledge the following Terms of Service.

General informationI only accept payment in USD via PayPal.All USD commissions must all be paid in full upfront.I will give a rough deadline or turn around estimate for a commission, but they are subject to change due to health, personal, academic, and/or other reasons. I will be sure to notify you if anything arises that may affect the delivery of your commission.Refunds are offered in accordance to the progress of the commission when the refund was requested.
( Sketch - 75% refund, lineart 50% refund, colors 25% refund). The refund will be in accordance to the total cost of the commission, ie including fees. I will not offer refunds once a commission is completed.__All finished works are for personal use only unless I, the artist, explicitly state otherwise. __You may not use my works for commercial purposes unless you've discussed it with me and you've paid an additional fee set by me. If you decide to use the work for commercial use after you have commissioned me, you are required to tell me and we will work out a price to pay as compensation.You must credit me in every post where you use my works.With commercial rights you are still required to credit me for the use of the commission, even if altered or edited.I only provide three (3) minor revisions are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes; after the commission is fully finalized and delivered.If you break the any of the terms of this TOS in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.I, as the artist, reserve the right to: __Claim the commissioned work as my work and hold the right to the produced creation.Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned work.Include the commissioned work on a portfolio, online profile, commission sheets, create speedpaints, etc.I have all the rights to refuse a commission and to cancel a commission at any point if needed.__You, the commissioner, are allowed to:Use the copyrighted commission for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Request the commission to remain private by discussing it with me before the commission is completed, otherwise I assume I am allowed to post it online.Reserve the right to remain anonymous for the posted commission if requested so beforehand.Print, post, and use the commission for promotional purposes (non-commercial) with proper credit given to me, the artist, and claim the right of ownership to your character(s).You, the commissioner, are not allowed to:Remove, edit, crop, or tamper with my signatures/watermarks/logos in any way.Take credit for the creation of the commission.Reproduce/use the copyrighted commission commercially or on merchandise without my consent.Alter or deface the commission without my consent.Mint/sell the commission for NFT.Use the commission as a “base” for other people to color or to make adoptables from, etc.
